All content provided by ITG, including but not limited to courses, guides, videos, charts, strategies, and commentary, is strictly for educational purposes.

  • We do not provide personalised investment advice.
  • Nothing on this site should be taken as a recommendation to buy, sell, or trade any financial instrument.
  • Users are solely responsible for any financial decisions they make.

  1. Payment and Pricing

    Where applicable, prices for our products or services are displayed in GBP (£). Payments must be made in full before access to paid services is granted. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

    Monthly Subscription – 12 Month Minimum Term

    • By subscribing to a monthly plan, you agree to a minimum 12-month contract.

    • Payments are collected monthly in advance via the payment method provided at registration.

    • The total contract value is payable across 12 consecutive monthly instalments.

    • Early termination of the subscription is not permitted, and you remain liable for all payments due during the 12-month term.

    • After the initial 12-month term, your subscription will automatically renew for FREE on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

    • Access to subscription services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a month.

    • If a client defaults on subscription payments, ITG Online reserves the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding balance, including (but not limited to) legal action through the Small Claims Court in England & Wales.

    • Where a subscription includes a Challenge Account or similar funded evaluation, any default or breach of contract will result in the full cost of the Challenge Account (ranging from $169 to $699, depending on the account type provided) becoming immediately payable to ITG Online.

     

  1. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
  • If you purchase digital content (e.g. courses, guides, subscriptions), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the digital content.
  • By accessing or downloading any digital content before the 14-day period expires, you expressly agree to waive your right to cancel.
  • To cancel within 14 days, please email us at sales@itgonline.co.uk with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

ITG shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or services.
  • Financial loss due to reliance on educational material, strategies, or third-party data.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.
